The verse
The fifteenth night, and the whole street glowing,
Red paper and candle from gate to gate.
The year is open and the road is lit;
Walk it as far as the lights will take you.
What it means
The last lot and the brightest. The lantern festival closes the new year and opens the year itself, and the lot says the way ahead is lit as far as you can see. It asks for nothing except that you walk it. The lights were put there for you.

Drew this at a temple?
Temples use different sets, most of them a hundred lots, and ours is a set of fifty, so the verse on your slip will not match ours and the grade can differ. Treat the number as a fair guide if it is fifty or under, and read the verse on your slip first; the image on it is the real answer. Here is how to shake for yourself.
A stick is one question. Your chart is all of them.
