- What is Purple Star astrology?
- A Chinese system (Zi Wei Dou Shu) that maps your birth moment onto twelve life areas, each holding particular stars. It is more detailed than the animal sign, which only uses the year. Our plain-English guide explains the whole system; the method page covers the rules we follow.
- I don't know my birth time. Can I still get a reading?
- Yes. We cast the chart for midday, the traditional default, and the reading says so. Most areas stay the same; one or two may sit a position off. Check a birth certificate or ask family if you can, because the exact hour makes the Life area certain.
- How long does it take?
- Usually two to three minutes after payment. The page updates itself; you can also come back to the link later.
- How does the gift work?
- You pay and get a private link. Send it however you like. The person you gift it to enters their own birth details and the reading is written for them. Your name and message appear at the top.
- Is this a prediction?
- No. A chart describes tendencies, strengths and the areas that need care. It never predicts illness, accidents or specific events, and it is not medical, legal or financial advice. For cultural reference and entertainment.
- What about refunds?
- If a reading is not delivered or has a major problem, email us and we fix it or refund you, as the Australian Consumer Law requires. Readings are written for one specific birth, so we cannot refund a change of mind once it has been produced. Lost your link? We email it to you after payment, and you can have it sent again.
- What happens to my birth details?
- They are stored with your order to produce the reading and so the link keeps working. Email us to have an order deleted. We never sell or share them.
