Fortune sticksLot 25 of 50Good luck
The carp in the clear pool
Favourable. Things move your way with a little steering.
The verse
Clear water, and the red carp seen from the bridge,
Every turn of its tail admired.
Swim well; you are being watched kindly.
And keep to the deep part when the herons come.
What it means
You are visible, and it is going well. People are noticing your work, your manner, your way of doing things, and the lot says to keep doing exactly that. Its last line is the only caution: visibility also draws the odd heron, so keep some things in the deep water.

Drew this at a temple?
Temples use different sets, most of them a hundred lots, and ours is a set of fifty, so the verse on your slip will not match ours and the grade can differ. Treat the number as a fair guide if it is fifty or under, and read the verse on your slip first; the image on it is the real answer. Here is how to shake for yourself.
A stick is one question. Your chart is all of them.
